About Ms. Carol Bradford-Roe

Carol Bradford-Roe graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1998.  She practiced solely immigration and nationality law from 1998 to 2006, both in the United States and in the United Kingdom, before working in the field of arboriculture.  During this time, she became a MA-certified and ISA-certified arborist.  Ms. Bradford-Roe returned to immigration practice in 2014 and is licensed in the state of New Jersey.

Ms. Bradford-Roe has represented both corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of immigration matters before the USCIS and Immigration Court.  She has worked with corporations, small businesses, sports teams, hospitals, and universities.  She has also represented families through family-sponsored immigration, including marriage cases.  Ms. Bradford-Roe has also assisted with the acquisition of U.S. citizenship after permanent residency or birth abroad to a U.S. citizen.

Prior to opening her own law firm, Ms. Bradford-Roe was an associate with Gudeon & McFadden in London; Steel, Rudnick & Ruben in Philadelphia; and, Baumann, DeSeve & Landau in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.  She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
